Scarborough Sparkle

Scarborough Sparkle is a free, three-day Christmas festival at the  Scarborough Open Air Theatre featuring festive stalls, a tipi bar, live music from local choirs, fairground rides, a lantern parade, and special appearances from characters like the Grinch. It takes place from November 28th to 30th, with specific hours on each day.

Attractions and activities

• Festive Stalls:

   Over 35 themed stalls selling gifts, crafts, hot food, and drinks.

• Tipi Bar:

   A cozy spot with mulled wine, log fires, and live music.

• Live Entertainment:

   Performances from local choirs and other acts hosted by This is the Coast Radio.

• Lantern Parade:

   An annual parade created by local community groups.

• Funfair:

   Rides and attractions sponsored by O'Briens Funfairs.

• Christmas Characters:

   Appearances from characters like the Grinch and the Snow Sisters.

• Christmas Tree and Sleigh:

   A large Christmas tree and Santa's sleigh will be on display.
