All customers are automatically enrolled in the Acklams Loyalty Club when they make a booking, so there is nothing extra to sign up for. Simply book your holiday and start earning rewards.

 

For every £1 you spend on an Acklams holiday, you earn 1 loyalty point. Each point is worth 5p when redeemed against a future booking. This means you earn rewards worth around 5% of the value of your holiday every time you travel with us.

 

Your points can be used towards a wide range of experiences including coach holidays, short breaks, day trips and concerts. The more you travel with Acklams, the more points you earn and the more you can save on your next adventure.

 

Points are added to your account once your tour has been completed, allowing you to start planning your next trip with the added benefit of loyalty rewards.

When making a booking, simply ask our team to apply your available loyalty points to the balance of your holiday.

 

Do loyalty points expire?
Yes. Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. If they are not used within this time they will expire, so we recommend using your points towards your next Acklams holiday, day trip or concert within the year.
