The Cumbria Grand Hotel is a traditional hotel set within 20 acres of private gardens and woodland overlooking Morecambe Bay.

Originally built in 1880, the hotel combines historic character with comfortable surroundings and provides an ideal base for exploring the Lake District and surrounding area.

Day 1

You will be collected from your home and travel in comfort towards the Lake District, with suitable comfort stops along the way before arriving at the Cumbria Grand Hotel in Grange-over-Sands for your festive stay.

During Your Stay

Your holiday includes an excursion to Bowness with a relaxing cruise on Lake Windermere, together with visits to Lancaster and Kendal.

There will also be time to enjoy Grange-over-Sands and relax at the hotel while taking part in the festive entertainment and seasonal celebrations throughout your stay.

Final Day

After breakfast, we begin our comfortable journey home.

Suitable stops will be made along the way for refreshments and comfort breaks before returning you safely to your front door with fond memories of your festive Lake District holiday.
