Fans of Irish rock band Fontaines D.C. have been left divided over the cost of tickets for their 2027 tour during a pre-sale today - with one saying the prices were 'one of the worst deals of all time'.

The band, who are behind hits including Starburster, Boys In The Better Land, and Big, recently announced plans for a UK & EU headline tour which will take place between October and November next year. The 20 new tour dates will begin in Lisbon, Portugal on October 21 and end at London’s The O2 on November 27.

The tour, which will be supported by Belfast group Chalk, will also include a show at Manchester’s AO Arena on Saturday, November 21 2027. Tickets went on pre-sale today ahead of the general sale, which is set to begin at 10am on Thursday (September 3).
