Croatia and the Island of St andrew are silently underestimated destinations. This holiday explores the Adriatic crystal-clear coastline, national parks, amazing waterfalls and stunning scenery, and includes boat and train plus entrance to the Brijuni National Park, comprising 14 beautiful islands. Included is a visit to Pula, the largest town in Istria, famous for its magnificent Roman amphitheatre. Also, we have an excursion to one of the most popular resorts along the Adriatic coastline – Porec. Enjoy some time at leisure and make the most of the Islands’ beaches. A visit to Lim Bay by boat is a hidden gem of Istra, see the beauty of the Istrian coast on an included boat trip to this unique protected bay where you will enjoy spectacular views and freshly prepared sea specialists, time to relax, enjoy a swim as well as an included authentic lunch.

Day 1
We travel from Hull to Rotterdam on our comfortable overnight sailing with dinner and breakfast included.
Day 2
After disembarking our boat this morning we make our way through the Netherlands and into Germany and our overnight hotel in time for dinner.
Day 3
Today we travel to Rovinj and our hotel set on our own private island a short distance off of this beautiful coast. We arrive in time for dinner with time to settle in for our relaxing 5 night stay.
Day 4
The day is free for you to explore the beautiful surroundings on our private island at leisure, relaxing on the beach or taking the regular island ferry to Rovinj, famous for St Euphemia Cathedral, dominating the port of Rovinj. The old town is extremely pretty with numerous cafes, galleries along with its active fishing port, and picturesque buildings with Venetian elegance.
Day 5
Brijuni Islands & Pula
This morning we head to the port of Fažana, close to Pula, and enjoy a 20 minute boat journey to the Brijuni National Park, comprising 14 beautiful islands. During our visit we enjoy a sightseeing tour on a land train which includes a visit to a Safari Park, archaeological museum, Roman ruins, a Venetian Castle and Mediterranean Gardens. Cafés and restaurants are available for a lunch stop before returning to the mainland. In the afternoon we visit Pula, the largest town in Istria, famous for its magnificent Roman amphitheatre.
Day 6
We enjoy an excursion to one of the most popular resorts along the Adriatic coastline - Porec. The small peninsula, where the heart of the old town lies, has been inhabited for over 6000 years, and the old town is a historical monument in itself. The Basilica's interior is highly decorated with exquisite Byzantian mosaics, with the majestic Bishop's Palace next door - both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. With a maze of narrow streets to explore, you will find squares lined with cafes to enjoy lunch and browse the unique shops.
Day 7
Lim Fjord & Lunch
We are sure you may want to make the most of your island's retreat so today enjoy the hidden Gem of Lim Bay by boat with lunch included.
Day 8 - 10
Departure
We begin our journey home with an overnight stay, followed by our overnight ferry crossing from Rotterdam to Hull.
