Day 1

Departure and Overnight Sailing

Your holiday begins with our convenient Door to Door service as we travel to Hull for the overnight ferry crossing to the continent. Settle into your cabin and enjoy dinner and the onboard facilities as your journey begins.

During Your Stay

During your stay in the Belgian Ardennes, we enjoy a varied programme of excursions designed to showcase the region’s natural beauty, historic towns and cultural traditions.

A highlight of the tour is a nostalgic journey on the Bocq Valley Railway, where vintage carriages travel through forested valleys and picturesque countryside. We also explore the charming riverside town of Dinant before boarding a relaxing cruise along the River Meuse to Anseremme.

You will have time to discover the historic streets of Namur and La Roche-en-Ardenne, both known for their rich heritage and scenic surroundings. Another memorable visit is to the elegant Jardins d’Annevoie, where beautifully landscaped gardens, fountains and waterways create a peaceful and picturesque setting.

To complete the experience, we visit a traditional brewery to learn about local brewing traditions and sample regional beers.

Final Day

Return Journey

After breakfast, we begin our journey home, returning via comfortable overnight sailings before our Door to Door service returns you safely home.
