Experience this living legacy first-hand with a guided tour of Orkney – Skaill House is renowned for its contribution to Orkney’s diverse and exciting past – in particular as the home of William Graham Watt who unearthed one of the most remarkable prehistoric monuments in Europe – the neolithic village of Skara Brae which was revealed by a giant storm in 1850.

Head to the most remote point of Scotland and enjoy a guided tour of Shetland, and marvel at the abundant wildlife and dramatic, unrivalled views where skyline crashes against rugged coastlines that are home to inviting coves and towering cliffs. Annexed back from the Danes in 1472, this tidal island still bears the physical evidence of Norse occupation with more than sixty archaeological sites strewn across the landscape.
