You don’t need to take a long trip to the Arctic to hunt this natural phenomenon, Scotland’s latitude mirrors Stavanger in Norway and Nunivak Island in Alaska, making it the UK’s best place to see these awe-inspiring ‘Mirrie Dancers’. Whisky is Scotland’s national drink and, enjoyed across the globe as well as in Scotland so we couldn’t visit without tasting a wee dram or two!
