Day 1
After being picked up from home by our Door to Door service and brought through to the coach, it's off to Heysham for the crossing to Douglas. A suitable stop will be made on the way to Heysham and we set sail at 2.15 in the afternoon and arrive in Douglas at 5.45. It's a short drive from the ferry terminal to the hotel so you will have time to unpack and freshen up before the evening meal.
Day 2
Spend a morning in resort before visiting Laxey, home of the iconic "Lady Isabella the world's largest working water wheel and follow the Mines Trail.
Day 3
The day starts with a visit to Peel, said to be the best example of a typical Manx town. We then travel over part of the TT course to Ramsey and from there by train to the summit of the mighty Snaefell before returning to the hotel by coach.
Day 4
Firstly, we take a steam train ride to Port Erin and then travel by coach to the Cregneash Folk Museum for a living, working illustration of life in a typical 19th century Manx upland crofting community.
Day 5
After breakfast we head straight for the ferry port for the return sailing to Heysham and then back to East Yorkshire where one of our Door to Door vehicles will be waiting to take you back home. A suitable stop will be made between Heysham and home.
