Day 1

Your holiday starts with a pick-up from home by one of the vehicles in our Door-to-Door service which will bring you through to meet our coach. Once everyone is on board, we'll make our way to the hotel, aiming to arrive late afternoon. Guests have full use of the health club and spa facilities which include indoor pool, sauna and steam room. A suitable stop around lunchtime will be made en-route.

Day 2

Our excursion today is to beautiful Burghley House a magical home of magnificent State Rooms, awe-inspiring works of art and priceless treasures. We've included a one-hour tour of the house. Then there's the Sculpture Garden and the Garden of Surprises, both spectacular gardens, each with their own distinct atmosphere and attractions for you to explore and enjoy on our own.

Day 3

We spend the morning at the delightful, medieval market town of Saffron Walden where the quirky, cosmopolitan market is held on Tuesdays. You'll have time to explore on your own before we head to Audley House and Gardens. Built in the 1600's and lived in until 1948, this Jacobean mansion has been re-dressed to evoke its Victorian heyday both above and below stairs. Meet the horses in the stable yard and explore the award-winning gardens, remodelled by Capability Brown.

Day 4

A short journey this morning to Cambridge where we have a guided tour of Kings College Chapel. One of the most iconic buildings in Cambridge, King's College and its Chapel were founded by Henry VI in 1446. After the tour, you'll have free time to explore Cambridge on your own, perhaps visit the Fitzwilliam Museum, take a "punt" on the river or just indulge in some retail therapy.

Day 5

Leaving the hotel after breakfast, we'll make our way to your drop-off points where the vehicles from our Door-to-Door service will be waiting to take you home. A suitable stop will be made around lunchtime.
