We head to Painswick Rococo Garden, which was created in the 1740s as a fancy leisure garden for the owner of Painswick House and his visitors. Next stop is Gloucester, for a canal trip with captain commentary. A magnificent journey via the Somerset Levels, Mendip Hills, and Cheddar Gorge leads to the charming medieval city of Wells, Continuing on to Bristol, where you may tour Brunel's SS Great Britain, previously the world's largest passenger ship. Finally, the Westonbirt Arboretum is home to one of the world's most outstanding tree collections.
