The Jurassic Coast, England’s first natural World Heritage Site, covers both the Dorset and East Devon Coast and nestles amid the sandstone cliffs is the charming Regency resort of Sidmouth.

The town is full of beautiful gardens, preserved buildings and independent shops, and is Gold Winner of the “Britain in Bloom” competition. We enjoy a 1 ½ hour cruise, with commentary, along the river Exe.  There are 2 beautiful, secluded cove beaches in Dartmouth town - Castle Cove and Sugary Cove next to Dartmouth Castle with stunning views of the estuary and the castle itself. Buckfast Abbey is one of the most wonderful and relaxing places in England. The Abbey is a working monastery where a community of Benedictine monks live self-sufficiently, welcoming visitors from all around the world.
